Shop Policies


PAYMENT

Payments are accepted via credit and debit card.

Payment is required upon purchase. Please contact us within 12 hours of purchase if you wish to cancel an order. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.


Shipping

IMPORTANT: Please ensure on checkout that the shipping address is correct. We will not be responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address if that is what was stated as the shipping address at checkout.

If you wish to receive a refund/resend if goods are lost or damaged in transit you MUST have upgraded your shipping at checkout to include insurance, not just tracking upgrade.

Economy International Airmail - neither tracked or insured. Shipping estimate is 7-14 business days once shipped.

Regular Domestic Parcel Mail - tracked but uninsured. Shipping estimate is 3-7 business days once shipped.

Domestic Regular Priority Mail (cards/notebooks) - neither tracked or insured. We include free upgrade to Priority Mail for all cards/notebooks to ensure they get to you promptly.


Refunds and Exchanges

If you have questions or concerns about any items, please ask before purchasing. Refunds will only be issued if an item is flawed when you receive it. Items must be returned in order to receive a refund. Depending on the item, a photo of the flaw may be requested in order to receive a refund.
